Returns and Refund Policy

Returns

Please note that we cannot accept a return on an item that has been used or with damaged packaging or missing parts. If our returns department cannot accept your return, we will return the goods back to you and an additional delivery charge may be incurred.

Goods received that are proven to be faulty must be returned within 14 days of purchase in order to receive a full refund.

Please ensure that the returned item is packed securely and is complete with any instruction manual. This will help us to process your return without any unnecessary delays.

• Any postage cost on sending the item will not be refunded.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. We recommend that any returned goods are sent via a registered and insured shipper.

Refunds

We aim to refund customers within 7 working days of receiving your goods back into our warehouse. Once processed, refunds will be transferred back to the original credit card used in the purchase transaction.

These guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected.
